Do I receive any training on my software or terminal?
Yes! We are behind you every step of the way, from the moment you plug the machine in, to your first transaction. You will receive a manual with directions on how to use the machine, a quick start guide, and there is always our customers support line to help with any other questions you have.
Can I use someone elses Merchant Account to do my transactions? or Can I use an existing Merchant Account I have for one business if I start another?
NO! Doing this is illegal and known as "Factoring" or "Credit Card Laundering", which can result in heavy fines for both parties and possibly worse. On the other hand, two merchant accounts, being used by two people or two businesses owned by the same person, can be put on the same machine, and then used without having to buy more equipment.
Do you provide small business resources?
We provide a number of resources for new businesses. This website has plenty of information that a new business may find useful, and our friendly, knowledgeable staff are always ready to answer any questions you might have.
